We do two kinds of work here. First: in-line inspection — vision systems that look at every part as it's produced, score it pass/fail, and automatically reject or flag defects. Second: quality data systems — software that aggregates inspection results, calculates SPC metrics, and surfaces trends before they become full-blown scrap events.
For higher-value or harder-to-inspect parts (irregular geometries, soft defects), we deploy AI vision models trained on your own defect imagery — typically delivering 95%+ accuracy on defects that traditional rule-based vision can't catch.
