Solve Technology's Process Optimization engagement applies operations research and data analysis to production processes that are underperforming. We instrument the line, gather data, find the true bottleneck, and translate it into a prioritized improvement plan — without guessing or trusting tribal knowledge.
Most plants we walk into have an opinion about where the bottleneck is. Roughly half the time that opinion is wrong. We use OEE measurement, queue analysis, takt-vs-cycle-time comparisons, and (when appropriate) machine-vision-based observation to make the real constraint visible.
The deliverable is a prioritized list of process changes — some operational (sequencing, staffing, scheduling), some mechanical (fixturing, tooling, layout), some automation-related — each with measured impact on throughput, scrap, or OEE.
