This Privacy Policy describes how Solve Technology Solutions LLC (“Solve Technology, ” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the Solve AI Communitymobile application (the “App”), our website at solvetech.ai, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Solve AI Community App is built on the Kollab platform (a white-label community application provided by HighLevel) and is designed to host courses, educational content, group discussions, and networking for AI enthusiasts and entrepreneurs.

By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Account Information: Name, email address, password, phone number (optional), and profile photo.

• Payment Information: If you purchase a subscription, course, or other paid feature, our payment processor (Stripe or Apple/Google in-app purchases) collects payment card information directly. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Communications: Information you provide when you contact us for support, feedback, or other inquiries.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, mobile network information, and app version.
• Usage Data: Features used, content viewed, time spent in the App, course progress, interactions with other users, and clickstream data.
• Log Data: IP address, browser type, access times, pages viewed, and the page you visited before navigating to the Services.
• Crash & Performance Data: Diagnostic information that helps us identify and fix technical issues.

• With Other Community Members: Your profile, posts, comments, and other content you choose to share publicly within the App will be visible to other members. Direct messages are shared only with the recipient(s).
• With Service Providers: We share information with vendors that help us operate the Services, including HighLevel/Kollab (community platform), Stripe (payments), Apple and Google (in-app purchases and app distribution), hosting providers, analytics providers, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually bound to use your information only as we direct.
• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of users, or the public.
